HVAC Services in Lenoir

Fabien Elleby is professional and knowledgeable on heating/AC systems. I have an oil furnace and he tuned it & replaced parts that was needed. He had shown me the work he did and also had shown me how my system ran and performed. He checkout all safety with carbon monoxide flow through my chimney. He also checked out my chimney flue to see if it was safe and cleaned. I will have Mr. Elleby to return to maintain my heating system. He's reasonable in price with his services and cleans up after he is through. Thank you, C. Clymer

Responds quickly and provides AMAZING quality service. Very respectful!!!!!

very respectful and fixed our problem and even offered to help fix any other problems in the future!

Great demeanor about him, very professional. Helped me understand the problem areas and how they could be easily avoided and fixed!

Very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman. Prompt service. Highly recomended!

Wow, fantastic! Came out on a miserably hot day the same day I called and worked in an even hotter, enclosed space up in the attic to get my units up and running again. Did not charge an emergency fee, even though he came right over after I called. Reliable, kind and respectful; the kind of person you can trust in your home but most importantly, solved the problem and did a great job at a reasonable price. Yes, of course I’ll have him back. Don’t hesitate with this guy, he’ll treat you right. His name is Fabian.

Great service very professional and take his time to make sure the job is right. Thank you Fabien 😊

I highly recommend Elleby Heating & Air Service LLC! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely thorough. They took the time to inspect our HVAC system carefully, explain everything they found, and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and the way they genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right instead of just trying to make a sale. They were respectful of our home, easy to communicate with, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on with our system. It’s not always easy to find a company you feel like you can trust, but Elleby Heating & Air Service LLC definitely earned ours. Great service, great people, and a company I would feel completely comfortable calling again. If you’re looking for a dependable and trustworthy heating and air company, I highly recommend Elleby Heating & Air Service LLC. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always receive a walk through of findings with an explanation I can understand and not to mention- great pricing as well. He is always super detail oriented and extremely polite. 10/10 would recommend! They responded in a very timely matter. They were very professional and fixed our AC within an hour.

Very professional, prompt, respectful, and honest. I would highly recommend and use again!! Thank you.

Fast, friendly. Had a cooling issue and he was at my house to fix the issue within a couple of hours. Would definitely use again.

Worked me in his schedule on short notice and got everything working. Great service and very fair pricing.

I highly recommend Mr. Elleby he is so professional and he explains everything to you as he is looking at the situation, our AC went out tonight and we called and someone came right away and fixed the problem and now we have cool air conditioning going through the house again. They are reasonably priced

When our air quit on us on a Sunday afternoon, Fabian answered on the first ring. He was at the house within an hour, and he diagnosed the issue in less than that. Part stores were out of the part, but he came back first thing the next day to get it sorted for us. While he was there, he took a look at our other unit, diagnosed and fixed some other issues, and made recommendations for service down the line. Not once did I feel pressured or upsold, and his prices were reasonable. He's professional and knowledgeable, and we will be using this company for all of our HVAC needs going forward.

Our air unit went out, we made the call for this company to come and the young man was here with 15 minutes, very professional, he showed so much respect for our home and us and he cleaned up after he fixed the problem. The cost was very reasonable especially with a spare of the moment call. We'll continue to use this company (Elleby Heating & Air Service LLC)..5 stars hands down! Thank you for your service we're able to sleep in cool air tonight, thanks to you 😊

Had a great experience. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done quickly, and were friendly the whole time. Everything’s working great, and I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
