Mr Elleby has serviced my units for several years now and I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend. My AC stopped working during one of the hottest times of the year and Elleby Heating and Air saved the day! I can 100% say- services have always been efficient and thorough. I always receive a walk through of findings with an explanation I can understand and not to mention- great pricing as well. He is always super detail oriented and extremely polite. When our air quit on us on a Sunday afternoon, Fabian answered on the first ring. He was at the house within an hour, and he diagnosed the issue in less than that. Part stores were out of the part, but he came back first thing the next day to get it sorted for us. While he was there, he took a look at our other unit, diagnosed and fixed some other issues, and made recommendations for service down the line. Not once did I feel pressured or upsold, and his prices were reasonable. He's professional and knowledgeable, and we will be using this company for all of our HVAC needs going forward.

Our air unit went out, we made the call for this company to come and the young man was here with 15 minutes, very professional, he showed so much respect for our home and us and he cleaned up after he fixed the problem. Elleby showed up on a Sunday on short notice to replace a thermostat in one of my rented properties. He also did a diagnostic on the unit and replaced a blown fuse, and installed and programmed the new thermostat. Elleby is thorough and professional. I highly recommend his HVAC services!
